Received e-mail via Outlook Express with attachement but message reads "OE removed attachement for security reasons.

I went to Tools, Security and unchecked box refusing virus risks, but to no avail still get message saying "Program has .....an illegal operation... Details say that it is causing an invalid page fault"

Further to my earlier posting, Iran System Information-File Checker this a.m. and system is asking for "StopZilaBHO.DLL" file. Cannot find on Installation Disk. Could this have anything to do with inability to open Outlook Express Attachment?
What is this file anyway.

uPdate on Outlook Express 6 problem. Cannot open attachment in spite of overriding OE Security setting by un-x-ing OE anti-virus setup. Receiving error message as follows:

Wordpad caused an invalid page fault in module MSWRD832.CNV @ 0167"0140f6d5

Please advise.
