How to restore my windows xp 2002 pak 3

It's a desktop I have tried the f8 and ctrl f11 and nothing. I do have the partition. Someone help please!.

To use a restore partition to restore a computer to its "Factory Settings" it's helpful for us to know the make and model number of your computer.
