I need help unlocking my laptop remotely

Not enough information to be able to begin to help, couple of things to take into consideration;

 

1: What do you mean by unlock, if you mean to bypass the BIOS or OS password/s then as per the GTG Terms of Use no help can or will be offered;

 

 

• Due to the nature of online help we are not able to verify ownership, and will not be able to help bypass or recover any user passwords, cd keys, license codes, serial numbers, etc.

 

 

 

2: Is the computer already set up to allow remote access, if no;

3: Do you have access to the notebook to be able to set it up to allow remote access, if no, you will need to have readily available access to the notebook before making a start.
