Does Samsung galaxy 7 phone turn itself back on once plugged in?

If my phone died and I plug it in will it come on itself once its so charged, or will I wake up in the morning to a fully charged phone and still turned off?

Generally it will be off and fully charged, but that can depend. If I'm recalling correctly the phone will put itself into a very low power "sleep" mode before actually turning itself off entirely when the critical battery level is reached. If you plug in during the sleep it will stay asleep until the minimum amount of charge is present for it to wake up. If it's fully off it will stay off until you power it up again.
