Please go offline, close all browsers and any open Windows, making sure that only HijackThis is open. Scan and when it finishes, put an X in the boxes, only next to these following items, then click fix checked.

Heya loophole, i have no idea what those files are and i'm having a problem downloading the panda active scan. Do i need to set download options? because i've been using Firefox.

It couldn't scan the first and last files, but the middle one worked

Please reboot into safe mode (continually tap the F8 key while your system is starting, select Safe Mode from the menu).

Please uninstall the following(if present) Click Start>>>control panel>>>add/remove
siro

Using windows explorer( right click start, left click explore)
Search for and delete these files and folders
C:\WINDOWS\system32\bootvid3.exe
C:\Program Files\siro

Reboot and post a new Hijack log and tell me if your problem has stopped
