Weird Networking Problem

Hi...I'm stumped...I cannot detect my wireless ip camera using any search tool.I put address in browser and takes me to a iis7 pic.When I look for camera it says no camera found.I give up...

Is a generic waterproof ip camera.I ran ipconfig and it gave me an ipv4 of 192.168.1.149 but viewer says no camera at that ip?

Is not camera ip.I changed to a camera I know works and gave me same ip.All I can fig is my isp is blocking port 80 for some reason.Thanks anyway...

When you use ipconfig on the computer the IP you see isn't for the camera it's the computer IP.

 

If you have access to any documentation related with the camera try to confirm if by default DHCP is enabled.

Please run ipconfig /all on computer and paste results
