From Windows Vista (I think) and later operating systems, there is included a "Resource Monitor" which monitors various aspects of the computer depending on which tab is selected within the Resource Monitor.
By selecting the "Network" tab, this shows what processes are using the internet and what bandwidth they are using also. Additionally, processes can be stopped (optionally) if wanted.
Windows XP doesn't have a Network Resource Monitor included. So I'm after a small/lightweight program that shows what processes/applications are using the internet, what bandwidth they use, and, preferably, have an to option to close/stop processes.
Any suggested programs that will do this, please?
Thank you.
