Error 429: ActoveX component can't create object.

This error is coming up after I downloaded the Free Emoticons to my MSN messenger and actually comes up most times I want to do something, ie, a scan on pccillin.com aswell.

How can I fix this? or is it a registry error for which there is no fix?

Did you try to remove the Free Emoticons?

Do you have an anti-spyware program?

You could try to do this...

Download Ad-aware SE 1.06: here
Install it. When you get the last screen, with the "Finish" button and 3 options, uncheck those three items.
Open AdAware and click the "Check for updates now" link, then press "Connect".

Press the "Start" button, uncheck "Scan for negligible risk entries", select "Perform full system scan" and press "Next". Let AdAware remove anything it finds.
