Hi,
I have Sony vaio PCG-71811m laptop. This morning I was just cleaning keyboard of laptop with a wet tissue paper while laptop was power off. When I was cleaning the laptop it turned on automatically (well not automatically I must have touched power button) and it made a beep sound. I didn't noticed much and turned off the laptop again.
After like 2 hour when I turned on the laptop and found that left control key, escape key, F1 and F3 keys are not working.
What can be the possible problem? You have any idea?

:welcome:   luqmansaleem,

It could be that some moisture has gotten underneath those particular keys, try leaving the notebook powered off somewhere warm to dry out naturally.

If still the same afterwards, try cleaning the keyboard using canned compressed air in case there is debris under the keys.

Not heard back from you luqmansaleem, do you still require assistance or is the issue now resolved, an update would be appreciated.
