Ok i loged in!! But its not connected. Message said, scripted diagnostics native host has stopped working. And i see it also says, product key missing. The pc is unactivated???

Hold off a minute till dmccoy responds. He may have other instructions for you.

My plans would involve a scan with Farbar Recovery Scan Tool which means I would have to move the topic to the removal forum and dmccoy would not have access to post. Let's see what his plans are before I carry out mine.

Malcolm, don't post your product key online for the world to see. someone could steal it and use for their personal use. Write that number down. I am going to hide your last post so no one can see it.

you dont know how many useless hours went by consulting tech forums, chat supports and exhausted searches. this forum is a gem, i think i will abandon the other forums.
