Hi There I will try Windows Defender instead of Avast. Thanks for all your help!!

You do have Avast software on your computer but not the AV program, you have Avast SecureLine VPN which should not interfere with any AV such as Defender in your Windows 10, Avira is the other Av that you have, already post in my reply #8 but for convenience Avira removal tool.

Would see how it goes for a while + while the computer is running as it should be sure to create a new system restore point.
