My OS is Windows 7 - 64 bit. I tried to download the monthly patches through the Action Center, but when I clicked on Windows Update I saw the message below. What's going on? Is there an easy fix (assume I know very little about troubleshooting or techniques)?

I found out that I had to reset the computer's clock by un-synchronizing the Internet time function. Than I could download updates. Of course, I re-synchronized when done.
