One of our users reported that her laptop crashes when she is using a particular app called Humminbird.  It is a medical app. Below is a copy/paste from her event viewer log.  Any tip on where I should be looking at?

Please try the following and see if it helps.

Click on Start menu
Type in cmd Right click on cmd in list and select run as administrator
Run the following commands
1. Sfc /Scannow
2. Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
