Hello, I run Win 10 at my laptop...
I have installed a virtual serial port (com3), but every time I try to use it, I get the error
"com. port open fail, please check if this port is used by another program"
I try to find a solution for a long time, but no luck so far.
In proccess tab of task manager, I see only "com surrogate", I close it, but it does not free up the port...
Any ideas?
