hi! i am wits-ended and have finally backed up all personal files and read the forums and found commonality in the abi aurora b.s. victims. so i've run hijackthis and really hope i can do this the correct way for you all. i read reviews for this site versus the other geekatyourdoor services. i appreciate the time and volunteer assistance you provide to try and keep our machinery happy and healthy. let me know if i have posted this log incorrectly. i can fcn prettywell with computers and instructions but am a lil harried at this point! thank you again for your time and wisdom! i hate this damned adware and need to get it off before finally taking the sp2 plunge. i know i shoulda updated but i'd heard bad stuff about sp2. now i'm wondering if i'd be in this aurora mess had i gone ahead. grrr. k. hope to hear from you soon as its convienient for y'all.
