Lenovo H50-55 tower don't work

My tower powers on but no visual on my monitor fans run lights are on what's going on with it.

Couple of questions if I may;

Do you get an onscreen message saying "No signal" or does the screen stay blank.

The Lenovo H50-55 specs say that the graphics are provided by the AMD processor and that there is no add on video card, are you using the onboard video or has an add on video card been fitted.
