Have you let Media Creation Tool format the USB flash drive and make a bootable USB flash drive?

Open Disk Management by typing diskmgmt.msc into Start menu. From Disk Management is the USB drive detected?

Try different USB ports.

Good now use Windows 10 Media Creation Tool to create bootable Windows 10 USB flash drive. If the Media Creation Tool wont detect the USB flash drive from Disk Manager format the USB drive and try the Media Creation Tool again.

Do you mean you assigned the USB drive a E: drive letter.

Have you tried formatting USB drive from Disk Management?

There is something wrong here i can use a screenshot of the error message to understand what is going on.
