At Advanced tab double-click OS Selection option and change the setting to Windows 10 if this option available if not leave it at Windows 8.x option,don't forget to save changes you have made before exiting BIOS.

Looks like your computer is setup to use UEFI firmware mode, i need little time to write you instruction about formatting the disk 0.

The below screenshot you have uploaded to imgur website shows List Disk command listing two connected disks we are going to partition and format "Disk 0".

Please execute following commands one at a time.

Diskpart

list disk

select disk 0

clean

convert GPT

CREATE PARTITION PRIMARY

FORMAT FS=NTFS LABEL="Windows"

ASSIGN LETTER=C

exit

exit

After closing the Command Prompt, click Refresh option and select the newly created NTFS partition and install Windows 10 on this partition.

That is not a good error, is there a chance you can connect the hard drive to another working computer?

It depends on how fast and how big your hard drive is, it can take 30 minutes or more.

Yes please execute following commands not sure if again you need to convert disk to GPT but lets not skip this process.
convert GPT

CREATE PARTITION PRIMARYFORMAT

FS=NTFS LABEL="Windows"ASSIGN

LETTER=C

exit

exit
Edit: Format command will take some time to finish executing this is because i want you to do a full format which will detect any sector errors and mark them as bad sectors.
