System shutdown and Restart after a few minutes of operation on Window

Lately windows keeps shutting down and restarting after a few minutes of operation.  I check Power saving features and Screen and Hard disk are cliked at 5 hours respectively. Free memory is at approximately 25% on a one gig memory.  It has continued for more than a few minutes allowing me to complete this inquiry.

Probably overheating caused by dust buildup between fan and heatsink.
