Hello!

I also get the Dr. Watson error or a windows explorer error. My computer doesn't freeze up completely like I hear other's do. But that folder where the file was found usually frezes if it's not shut automatically by the computer. What sucks is this computer is like two weeks old, so I'm pretty certian it came with the problem...or was installed when I installed earthlink (the first program I installed).

The first time I tried to get online Norton had stopped a trojan from coming in. (Which is why I think it came with this problem...besides the fact it's would get errors from around the beginning). And every once in a while the same one trys it again. This is the name Norton gives it: Bla Trojan horse. I ran two online virus scanners, and ad-aware, and norton (norton internet security 2005, antispyware edition) and no program can find anything.

I noticed the error always go's off when I view any type of file that uses note/word pad, double click/right click anything in my documents folder, or in the c:\ documents & settings folder. Other times the computer is fine. (Like sometimes I can avoid it, if i go through a program to open the file).

Not sure if anything of that can help make this thing more visible... but here is my hijack this log:
