Purchased a new laptop; trying to load Microsoft office.....inserted disc, sounded like it was going to load....but nothing happens????...HELP!!!

Have you tried opening up the contents of the disc and looking for and activating the setup file(s)?

It may be that "auto run" on your computer has been disabled (as it should be for security reasons) so try the above solution and let us know how you get on.
