if windows has been taken out and chrome been put on your computer now you want your windows back , can you get to factory reset to reinstall? this may have had chromebook put on it also I'm not sure

What is the make and complete model number of the computer?

It depends on whether it was a complete reformat of the hard drive or just the main partition. If the entire hard drive was reformatted then the recovery partition is most likely gone (if there was one).
