I have a Dell Vostro operating with Vista and wish to upgrade it to Windows 10.

I believe it is still possibe to obtain a free upgrade I have tried downloading their 32 bit version but the download is taking so long that it eventually keeps timing out.

Can anyone help please.

No unfortunately if you want Win 10 you will need to buy it.

Before doing so it would be wise to check that the specification of your machine renders it capable of running Win 10 in a satisfactory way.
