Hey guys,

 

I my sister got me a gaming PC through Chrisco's, and I was wondering how to find out what DDR ram type I have in my computer?  I like to know everything about my computer and I have speccy on my computer but I cannot find that spacific info that I want.  It's got 16 gigs of ram.

I found CPU-Z and it told me.

When it comes to memory a useful tool is to go to www.crucial.com

( they are the folks who supply a lot of the memory in use today)

 

download their scanner and let the scanner identify the memory and sockets available for it, if you ever needed to replace any or for some reson wanted more, they would even tell you the approximate cost
