Anyone got any idea what is going on here(see attached)? My Dads email account. These errors occur everytime you open the software. At first I thought emails were not being sent also, but you just need to close and reopen the program. Thanks

Error 0x800CCCD3 translates as BAD_RESPONSE, in other words Windows Live Mail did not understand the response from the server. This is an old issue.
