Hello,
I am having a problem with my Samsung PM961 NVME M.2 SSD. I was planning on installing Windows 10 on it so I created ISO media with a USB flash drive and went in to attempt the install on windows 10. I made sure my ssd was the only thing plugged in and that the drivers were ready. With that covered, I went to install windows 10 and two things happen: 1. At the end of the installation it says that windows must restart to continue and it restarts the computer. After the restart, I went into the BIOS to see if my SSD was showing up as a boot drive and to my surprise it was not. I went through to verify the BIOS settings were configured properly for the SSD. However, on my Windows 10 HDD, it shows my SSD with my windows 10 files on there. My question is how do I get my SSD to show up in the BIOS and boot Windows off of it? If it helps, I am using an PCIex1 to NGFF adapter to connect my ssd into the adapter which goes into my PCIex1 slot on the motherboard(Asus H81M-Plus).
