Hi,
Managed to find the problem. Had to go through msconfig, services tab and had to click on the Defrag service tick Box. So now working.
Will do this defragging over the weekend as its not been done before. So it could take up anything from half a day to do! Will let you know when its done.

Defrag is done. Took half a day.
So update is:
Things seem to be running a lot better. But there is a niggling problem now and again with his broadband. When using 2 different browsers and playing his online game. The bandwidth drops now and again and causes the other browers to loss connection. So having to close down it down for a few minutes and then starting up again. Maybe be internet provider problem i dont know. But will ask them. Maybe he should just stop playing than game lol.

Does this problem occur on other computers on the same network?

He only uses his PC on the network. And he uses Chrome when playing the game. I'm thinking its the game as everything else seems to be ok otherwise.

What is the title of the game? (This may help track down any known issues/bugs with the game)
Thanks.

There are reports that opening the game in its own browser window may increase the speed.
You can try that and see if it helps any.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks.

It was during game play he was having the problems. He will stay off the game for a day and see if he has any connection issues today.

Hi,
You're welcome.
To uninstall FRST, right-click on it and select Rename. Rename it to Uninstall.exe , then double click on it. Your computer will restart.
Safe surfing!
