Weird Cybercell Windows Phone! PLEASE HELP!

I have just recently acquired an odd windows phone that I do not recognize. I have a Bluebird EF500R that is Windows 10 Mobile Enterprise so i'm familiar with most phones of this operating system , but this one pickles me. The brand name on the back of the phone and the battery says CyberCell. I looked it up on several search engines and I could not find a single hint as to where to find a site to buy parts or even a brand name website. I hope theres someone out there that will recognize this brand and can point me in the right direction. The screen is very broken, so I can't even look in the settings and find out what it is. I want to find where to buy parts for it It has two IMEI's. One is 358871040503890. And the other is the same except its 3908 instead of 3890. the S/N is AD120916000195.
