I just put a new GPU (RTX 2080), motherboard (MSI mpg z390 gaming edge ac), and Processor (Intel i5 9600k) into my gaming PC.

Upon turning the system on, everything inside appears to work (fans/lights working), but i get a black screen/no input on my monitor.

I have tried my old GPU, tried using on board gfx, etc. and the monitor will not detect anything.

I just spent $1000 on upgrades and just need this to run /:

Try another monitor to see what that does. It's worth a shot and may lead to something positive.
