Hey there,

I recently purchased a K830 wireless keyboard. It doesn't work on my laptop with win 8.1, the integrated touch-pad works, along with the function keys (volume etc) but it doesn't type.

If I pair it with bluetooth, it tells me to pair it by typing a code and pressing enter which works (but doesn't pair). Also, when I'm in the logitech unifying software, the software recognises that keys are being pressed but it doesn't type anything when on screen.

The keyboard works fine on another laptop and I've tried uninstalling the driver and replugging it in to no avail. I can only get the mouse and function keys working. Apparently all my drivers are up to date but I cannot get this to work. Have tried all the google 'fixes' but nothing.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Thanks.
