Hi jseyuin,

Since your computer is in Clean Boot mode, we'll need to do some troubleshooting to see if a startup item is causing the slowdown issue.
  • While in Clean Boot, check half the unchecked boxes and restart the computer.
  • If the issues reappear, uncheck one item and restart the computer. Check if the issue reappears and repeat the process as needed.
  • If the issues do not reappear, check one item and restart the computer. Check if the issue reappears and repeat the process as needed.
  • Let me know which program/s are causing the issues.

I will as soon as I can, unfortunately I am leaving town for 10 days. If you need to lock the topic and wait for me to message you I could do that, But I wont be near my computer till I get back. Sorry if this is a bother.
