What, if anything, would happen if MSE 32-bit def updates were accidentally installed instead of the required 64-bit defs?

You actually can't do it, I just tried installing the 32Bit updates on my 64Bit and an error comes up saying this app can't run on this pc

Yeah. You can download the files to the desktop but as soon as you double click it the message comes up. "App can't run on this pc"
