Hello.

Since a year I have a Sagemcom FAST3686 V1B, given to me by my telecom company here in France, SFR.

For a year i kept the default wifi password (wa2+wpa) and i could access fine.

Some weeks ago i could not access the router at the usual 192.168.0.1. i reset the router and access was fine again, i changed immediately wifi password and router login.

Yesterday I reset again due to no router-access, afterwards it was fine. Today I am denied anew access to 192.168.0.1.


(Ipconfig showed beforehand 192.168.0.1 as the default domain/accesspoint/whatever and i am trying to access from the same computer and browser as yesterday)


Questions;
Has someone changed the software on the router and have free access to it and the three pc's connected to it?
How can i safeguard the router?
Does the router have a firewall i can adjust next time i reset to access it?
If i enter the new wifi wpa2+wpa password on my phone, can the hackers see it as a phone is so easy to hack?

I know I someone have accessed my computer this last year. I found a video-call program running in the background sharing my screen to however was looking.
