Thanks for the tips. Yesterday I did a MBAM full system scan since I had to be out for a few hours. When I returned home, I saw the HD light was still on and thought the scan was still running... Go to the full post »

I`m not sure what trusted installer was doing either as you have not updated anything since 20/01/2020, noticed the lack of recent updates in your Speccy report so mentioned that you needed to be fully up to date before trying the Windows 10 upgrade.
