Why is that when windows 10 has a reboot it goes to the last loged in user without going actually to the main login screen?

 

How can I change this so that when the computer is rebooted that it goes to the login screen and not the lock screen?

I have found the problem just in case, any one else has this problem.

 

Use my signing info to automatically finish my device set up

 

That above is the cause of this problem.
