Its an app for my phone, my phone is a Assurance Wireless UMX Phone.

In answer to your question then, No, it does not look like the "Bits MP3 Player" would be "harmful to" your "phone".

Their "Privacy Policy and Terms of Use", as well as the "Privacy Policy"'s of the five "Third Party"'s listed therein are too intrusive for my taste. But that would not be considered "harmful to your phone".
