Hey Guys,
I have a question about ram and I think I know this answer but I need to be sure,
My mates laptop has a 4 gig DDR3 - 12800 and the ram in his old laptop is a DDR3-1600 Now if he puts the one in his old laptop in the other one, the 12800 will only slow down to 1600 right? I'm asking cause for my PC's I only use the same thing of everything, like if with my ram I have 2x the same thing not a mix.
