I'm trying to migrate my Thunderbird (T/B) profile to a new HDD running WIN10 Pro.

I'm coming from a WIN7 Pro HDD.

Both T/B programs are the same releases (newest).

The old T/B account was working perfectly when I copied the profile.

I have followed the T/B Help notes EXACTLY (7 times, actually).

The new T/B will not respond and accept the profile.

My profile contains ~ 3 years of saved emails, receipts, etc., that I really can't afford to lose.

ANY help or ideas would be appreciated.

I used :

http://mozbackup.jasnapaka.com/

It worked after 3 tries,... kind of. I had a folder in T/B named COMPUTER that it deleted the contents

when it transferred, replaced it with the contents of a Chrome bookmark with the same name  --  STRANGE.

Thanks and Blessings for your time.
