one of our couples at church asked me to look into their laptop ... and this is what I found
the laptop powers up and the screen turns black/blue so I know it's working as far as that goes but it never goes into the start up or loading windows.
I REALLY have no idea what to do next ... please help me?
also, this might be the same thing that is going on with my ex-daughter-law's laptop and she wants me to look at it when she brings it around
