Recommendation for recording streaming video/audio

Can you recommend software to record a concert I'll be watching on my PC? I think what I'm asking for is called screen capture. I would afterward like to burn it to DVD+R DL.

Hmmm...I tried ActivePresenter right before I posted "Looks good. Thanks." I thought at the time that the video looked great. Now I'm trying it and the video looks jerky. I believe I have all the settings set to max quality. See attachments.I'm saving the video as wmv. I played a wmv that I've had for a few years and it looks fine.
