USB hard drives not recognised

I have 2 usb external drive enclosures and computer will not recognise them ,need help

Assuming you are using Windows.  Search for

device manager

hit Enter

 

View, Show Hidden Devices

 

Somewhere in the list near the bottom should be some Unknown Devices.  (Usually under Other Devices and probably have yellow flags)  Right click on one and select properties then click on the Details tab.  
Change Property to Hardware IDs.  Click on the top one then right click and copy.  Paste that into a reply.  Repeat for each Unknown Device.

 

Also tell me the version of Windows (7, 8, or 10) and if 32 or 64 bit.
