Recently when my custom Windows 10 PC goes to sleep and wakes up for the first few minutes Firefox will flash white and Chrome will default to full screen. What is causing this? How can I fix it?

That would be extremely difficult if not impossible to track down and try and correct I wouldn't now where to start, of course I always reboot the computer to see if it corrects any glitches.

Tried that and it still did, it went away by itself.

Glad it's working. I dislike those kind of things too.
