Hi,

 

My name is Ajay owner of Ridhiman alloys  So my question is 

HP laptop freezing constantly in the main user interface, but works fine in safe mode and has not lags??

Can anyone assist me in knowing what the problem is?

Hi Ajay and welcome to our forums.

 

The usual procedure to diagnose and fix this issue is as follows:

 

1 Make sure that all peripheral devices, (printers, extra hard drives,phones etc are disconnected) so you have only the minimum kit attached for the computer to work, ( power cable, keyboard, VDU etc)

2 check to see if this improved things, if not then...

3 Have a look here https://www.bleeping...e-in-safe-mode/

and follow the steps to perform a clean boot ( see post 9)
