Hi,  I would if anybody can help?

I mistakenly deleted files off my external USB drive by resetting the drive. The USB drive / memory stick is an Integral courier USB 2:0, 256 bit AES hardware encrypted.  When I check the drive it shows nothing there. I have seen recovery software like Disk Drill but am wary about using it and would like some advice if this is the way to go or if there is another way?  Thanks.

Exactly how did you go about "resetting the drive"?

What is the make and model number of the "external USB drive"?

Thanks for the reply.  The data was wiped by the  "reset crypto" button being selected, which then meant that a new password was required. The manual states that once "reset crypto" is used all data is erased and the drive reset to factory settings and that there are no "back-door" tools to recover the data.

Without a decryption key, there is no going back. It's gone for good.
