When I try to log into Yahoo mail I get the following message " Uh-oh...We can’t sign you in right now. Please try again in a while". This has been going on for 24 hours so I don't think it's simply site maintenance. Does anyone have any idea what's going on and help me fix this?

Hello jimbir.

Try another browser in case the problem is browser related.

Also try logging in from the link below.

This may be a repeat of a previous reply...

Thanks for the quick reply. I can't login that link either. I'm using Firefox which I just updated to the latest version. That didn't help the problem.Everything else on Firefox works perfectly.

Jim

I don't normally check Yahoo mail on my phone but, I just did, and everything up to and including today is there.I've sent a help request to Yahoo and it looks like will be a minimum of 24 hours before they get back to me. My next step will be to ask Firefox if they know what's going on.

Make sure you reboot the computer or laptop also, it might work, also clean the cache in Firefox, never know.

Thanks
