Hi,

I have a number of email addresses, some personal and some work-related, some using Outlook Exchange, some with my own demain and some with my broadband provider's domain name. For years I have accessed them in a mixture of ways, but now I want to bring everything together into a single, secure system.

So, I opened the desktop version of Outlook on my PC and input all the various server details, and that all works fine.

To be able to access my emails from any another computer, however, I was thinking I could log onto Outlook.com and import all my setting there.

However, when I Googled how to do this, I saw a message saying that Outlook.com no longer allows you to add new accounts.

Does this mean I can't import all my existing accounts? If not, can anyone please advise me of any other way to achieve this.

And, my next step will be to allow access on my android mobile. Again, I was thinking I'd be able to log onto Outlook.com, or use the android Outlook app. If I did this, is there way to export my server settings to the app, rather than starting again from scratch.?

Any advice will be much appreiated.

Many thanks!

Thanks, SpywareDR, but I asked my question after reading the article you provided the link to.

In the article, it says this...

Important: Microsoft will be removing the ability to connect new accounts to Outlook.com from May 10, 2021.

- Accounts that were connected before May 10, 2021, will continue to sync as usual.

- To see your all your email accounts, calendars, and contacts in a combined inbox, download Outlook for iOS or Outlook for Android.

This is why I'm asking if Outlook.com is still a usable thing for someone like me, looking to view multiple email accounts on the internet.
