Been using macOS High Sierra Version 10.13.6 on my iMAC Safari Version 13.1.2 (13609.3.5.1.5) for the website ibx.com (Blue Cross - healthcare) for years and never a problem. Now I log in and then the screen only displays white. Blue Cross could't explain why or help.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Mark

Can you install Chrome or Firefox?  Perhaps it will work with one of them.
