Hi.  I have a printer that's a couple of years old. All of a sudden it's offline and will not print from the internet. I ran HP's Scan and Print Doctor and tried everything it recommended and still can't print from the internet. The only change that has been made recently is a new router/modem. Also, this printer isn't hooked up wirelessly. We use a USB cable. Any thoughts?

Thank you

There was a Windows 10 Update recently which killed a lot of HP printers:

Could that be your problem?

Hi. I guess it could be. The problem began in late November so the timeline could work. Sigh.

I would try uninstalling the printer and remove all traces of it, reboot then download a new copy of the driver and reinstall the printer.  Sometimes that will help.  Or you could try some of the methods in the article I posted earlier.

Unfortunately, it didn't work. I'm afraid I'm going to have to call MS and let them fix what they broke as I'm not comfortable trying the solutions in the bleeping computer article. Thanks for your help, as always.
