Can I ask that you do not quote every reply as we have to read the full post to make sure nothing gets missed,, thanks.

To upgrade that PC you are looking at having to replace the CPU, GPU, PSU and the RAM.

Two suggestions that should help improve things somewhat;

Go into the BIOS and enable the auto overclock, being an older board it may be called DOCP as opposed to XMP, this will OC the RAM to its max of 2400MHz which is better than the 2133MHz that it is presently running at, Ryzen CPUs are known for not liking slow RAM and especially the first gen like the CPU that you have, when this computer was put together the RAM selected should have been 2666MHz and not the slower 2400MHz.

Second suggestion will hopefully drop the temps and lighten the load on both the GPU and the PSU, disconnect the second monitor, having a second screen connected apart from stressing a weak PSU can also increase the internal temps by up to 10°C.

Do you happen to have a game capture device hooked up at all, that would make it look like you had two screens.

EDIT- Also I have an Eight Core Processor and 32 GB of RAM.

This you mentioned in your OP and we can see in Speccy unlike the most important info that is missing, the PSU model name or number  :whistling:

That`s that explained then, nothing more that can be done here now I`m afraid other than to say/reiterate the following.

Based on the age of the hardware in this build if the PSU is of the same or before time period unless the PSU is one of Corsairs high end Gold efficiency rated range that have a seven year and above warranty period the present PSU will be out of warranty meaning that it will be an entry level PSU to which Corsair only recommend the following type of use;

CX Series Modular power supply units are an excellent choice for basic system builds and desktop PC computer upgrades, offering high reliability, low noise, and the flexibility of modular cabling.

The above is for a Bronze efficiency rated PSU and not recommended for use with anything more than integrated graphics or at most a low end 64-bit GPU, anything less than Bronze efficiency rated ( 80+ and White ) should only ever be used for integrated graphics.

A very good PSU which only leaves your GPU not meeting the minimum specs that are required for that particular game.

As long as you are 100% certain that your PSU information is correct.

Did you do the above.
