Hi adaware said i have some bugs that can't be removed. Here is my most recent HijackThis log.

If you can help that would be great. The weird things that are happening to me are that my Internet Explorer won't work right. FOr example I just purchased Mcafee Antivirus online, but I get to the page to download the program and nothing happens, the page is blank. Sometimes links don't work.. etc. I was online with a Mcafee tech for 3 hours trying to fix something, anything? But nothing worked, maybe, please, someone can help.
